A link to the track. SoundCloud, YouTube, Bandcamp, Google Drive or Dropbox share links all work, and so does any direct link to an MP3, WAV or M4A. Drive and Dropbox links need to be set to anyone with the link. Tracks run up to 6 minutes. Need to send a file instead? Reply to your order confirmation and attach it.
The video is yours to post anywhere. You confirm on the order form that you own the track or have the right to use it. The 3D scene is built from scratch for each video, with no third party footage in it, so nothing in the picture can trigger a claim. The music itself is your responsibility, as it is on any upload.
One revision per video, either a color change or a title or name fix. Reply with what to change and the new file comes back within 24 hours. Beat sync and the scene itself are not redone, since those are what you ordered.
The clock starts when your payment and your order details are both in. You get an email with the 20 second preview and a download link for the full 1080p file. Most orders finish well inside the window.
