The operator behind
The Staley Social.

Jameson Staley is 23 and runs one of Kansas City's fastest-growing digital marketing agencies. While most founders his age are still building pitch decks, he manages ad campaigns, designs CRM and automation systems, and leads AI-integrated marketing strategy for clients who stopped caring about his age the moment they saw it in their revenue.

He got into digital marketing as a teenager because he found it interesting. By 17 and 18 he was running Google Ads accounts for real businesses and watching large agencies charge six and seven figures for work that was never set up correctly. The Staley Social was built to fix exactly that: run the ads, understand what is working, explain it in plain language, and tie every dollar back to real revenue.

From debate podiums
to marketing strategy.

His origin story does not start in a marketing class. It starts on the debate circuit. For four years he competed in speech and debate at the national level, winning nearly every tournament he entered and earning top speaker honors across the board. Over that entire run, he lost exactly one tournament.

That discipline carried straight into the business. As he puts it, "Debate taught me how to build an argument, anticipate objections, and close. Marketing is the same thing. Every ad is an argument. Every landing page is a closing statement. If you cannot persuade under pressure, you cannot convert under budget."

A roster most agencies
twice the size never touch.

A professional sports team

He leads marketing strategy for the Kansas City Comets, a professional soccer club. Running paid media and brand work at that level, for an audience that fills an arena, is rare for an agency run by a founder his age.

Fortune 1000 facilities, 48 states

He runs the marketing for a multi-state office decommissioning and asset-recovery firm serving Fortune 1000 facilities across dozens of states. One invoice, one point of contact, a full lead and CRM system behind it.

Healthcare and local practices

Established healthcare and local-service practices round out the roster. Speed-to-lead, Smart Bidding, and automation that answers inquiries in under a minute, tuned to the way real patients and customers actually search.

AI in marketing,
before it was mainstream.

Jameson was integrating AI into his marketing workflows and client operations before most agency owners knew what a large language model was. His approach is not a party trick. He uses AI for predictive audience modeling, automated content operations, intelligent campaign optimization, and custom analytics reporting.

"Most agencies treat AI like a party trick," he says. "They will use it to write a blog post and call themselves innovative. I am using it to rebuild how campaigns are structured from the ground up. The agencies that figure that out first are the ones that survive the next five years."

Built, not handed.

He does not lead with his personal story in business settings, but it is hard to understand his work ethic without it. Jameson was adopted as a child and grew up knowing the life he wanted was not going to be handed to him. That awareness became the fuel.

"Being adopted teaches you something most people do not learn until they are much older," he says. "Nobody owes you anything. Not a platform. Not an opportunity. Not permission. You either build it yourself or you wait for someone to build it for you. I chose to build."

That idea is now the center of a TEDx talk he has applied to give at TEDxSouthlake in 2026, titled "Unlearn the Permission Slip." It argues that young builders have to reject three inherited beliefs before they can make anything real: that credentials equal competence, that age equals readiness, and that external validation has to come before action.

Rooted in Kansas City.

He works with clients across the country but keeps The Staley Social headquartered in Kansas City, Missouri. He is vocal about building in the Midwest rather than chasing coastal tech hubs, and he sees the city's growing technology and sports ecosystem as an advantage, not a limitation.

"Kansas City is one of the most underrated business cities in the country," he says. "The cost of doing business is lower, the talent pool is deep, and the sports market alone, between the Chiefs, the Royals, Sporting KC, the Comets, and the KC Current, is a playground for someone who does what I do."
